Our events don’t happen without the support of many volunteers.

Volunteer Roles
Here is a glimpse of roles.
Event Organiser
Oversees the event from the start. Arranges date, land permissions, equipment, personnel.
Course Setter
Plans and sets the courses in accordance with guidelines for the specific event. Some events have one course, some events have fifteen!
Controller
Ensures the event is organised and run in a safe manner and abides by any relevant rules required.
Computer Operator
Operated the results computer from registration to download and results publication once everyone has finished.
Registration
Welcomes everyone, assists newcomers, collects money, issues timing stick etc.
Control Collectors
A great way to warm down. Help the organisers by collecting a few of the controls. Many hands makes light work!
